A defined range, not one product for everything
Most products in this category are sold as a single answer for any roof. The NuRoof range is four products with different jobs: Fortify is the UV shield, Fortify Elite is two coats of it, Revive restores flexibility to dried-out shingles, and Boost is the hydrophobic bridge.
Two of the most useful options are combinations rather than products: Revive with Fortify on an aging roof, and Boost with Fortify on a worn one.
One published table
Everything about coverage comes from one table: the zone, the score band, the number of coats, the coverage type, the period and the value per square foot. Every figure on this site is read from it, and the same table is what the estimate quotes against.
That is a check you can perform. If a quoted term does not appear in the table, it is not a term the warranty issues.
The score decides, not the sales call
The treatment is chosen by a measured Roof Health Score rather than by the age of the roof or the look of it from the street. That is what allows an honest no: a metal roof is ineligible, a failed roof needs replacing, a leak needs a repair.
It also means the range is applied where it belongs rather than everywhere it can be sold.
The manufacturer is named
The warranty comes from GoNano, the manufacturer, and we apply the range as an authorized dealer. That is what allows the warranty to be registered in your name after the work.
A local operator with no manufacturer relationship cannot register a manufacturer warranty, whatever the invoice says.
What we cannot tell you
We do not publish comparisons against named competitors, and we do not claim to be better than a product we have not tested. The useful comparison is between the written terms in front of you, whichever brand issues them.
Bring any quote to the assessment if you want it read against the published table.
What to compare when you have two quotes
Put the term, the coverage type and the value per square foot side by side, and the difference stops being a matter of brand. A five-year prorated term and a fifteen-year hybrid one are not close, whatever the labels say.
