What it does
How it works on your surface
Fortify Elite is the top of the NuRoof range. The roof is cleaned, then treated twice in the same visit, so the shield inside the shingle surface is built in two passes rather than one.
That second coat is the whole difference. It is why Fortify Elite carries the longest coverage window in the range and the only hail coverage we can offer.
It is for asphalt shingle roofs scored in good condition: sound shingles, granules still in place, no active leak. A roof that is already showing wear or failing needs a different treatment or a repair, and we will say so at the assessment.
The process
Three steps, one visit
Assessment first
We check the material, the condition and the age of the surface, and confirm it is sound before anything is quoted.
One visit
We clean the surface, protect the landscaping below the work area, and apply the treatment. Nothing is torn off.
Cure and aftercare
The surface needs dry weather to cure. We schedule around the forecast and tell you when it can be used normally again.

- What is applied
- The same nanotechnology treatment as Fortify, applied in two coats. It moves into the existing pores of the shingle surface. Only the roof surface is treated: no fasteners, no nails, and no replacement of the shingles themselves.
- Cure and aftercare
- The surface needs 24 to 48 hours of dry weather to cure after the second coat. There is nothing for you to do afterwards, and no restricted access for your household.
- What is not included
- Major repairs, roof replacement, gutters and any other trade are separate. If your estimate lists minor repairs or cleaning, that scope is written on the estimate and nothing beyond it is included.
- Warranty
- A formal written GoNano warranty covers every treatment we apply. Fortify Elite on a roof scored in good condition carries up to 20 years non-prorated, plus 5 years of hail coverage. It is transferable once to a new owner and must be registered within 30 days of the treatment.

Is my roof a fit for Fortify Elite?
Fortify Elite is for asphalt shingle roofs scored in good condition at the assessment: no leaks, no missing shingles, granules still holding. It is the two-coat version of Fortify, so it is the longest coverage we apply. Metal roofs are not eligible. If the roof is showing wear or is aging, Fortify or Revive is the better answer, and if it has already failed we will tell you so.
What does the second coat add?
The same nanoparticle treatment, applied twice in one visit. The second coat builds a fuller shield inside the shingle surface, which is why the coverage window is longer and hail coverage is added.
How soon can it rain after the treatment?
The surface needs 24 to 48 hours of dry weather to cure. We watch the forecast and schedule around it, and we come back at no charge if rain arrives inside that window.
