What it does
How it works on your surface
Fortify is the UV shield in the NuRoof range. It treats a roof that is still in good or fair condition, so the surface keeps more of what it already has.
The treatment works into the shingles instead of sitting on top of them. Nothing is torn off, and your roof stays in service.
Fortify is for asphalt shingle roofs only. A roof that is already leaking, missing shingles or failing structurally needs repair or replacement instead, and we will say so at the assessment.
The process

We check the material, the condition and the age of the surface, and confirm it is sound before anything is quoted.
One visit
We clean the surface, protect the landscaping below the work area, and apply the treatment. Nothing is torn off.
Cure and aftercare
The surface needs dry weather to cure. We schedule around the forecast and tell you when it can be used normally again.

- What is applied
- A nanotechnology treatment that moves into the existing pores of the shingle surface. Only the roof surface is treated; no fasteners, no nails, and no replacement of the shingles themselves.
- Cure and aftercare
- The surface needs 24 to 48 hours of dry weather to cure. There is nothing for you to do afterwards, and no restricted access for your household.
- What is not included
- Major repairs, roof replacement, gutters and any other trade are separate. If your estimate lists minor repairs or cleaning, that scope is written on the estimate and nothing beyond it is included.
- Warranty
- A formal written GoNano warranty covers every treatment we apply. Coverage runs from 3 to 20 years depending on the treatment and your roof’s condition score, it is transferable once to a new owner, and it must be registered within 30 days of the treatment. The full terms come in writing with your estimate.

Is my roof a fit for Fortify?
Fortify is for asphalt shingle roofs that are still in good or fair condition: no leaks, no missing shingles, granules still holding. Metal roofs are not eligible. If the roof is aging, Revive is the better fit, and if it is in low or critical condition, Boost is. If it has already failed we will tell you so.
What happens on the day of application?
One visit. We clean the surface, protect your landscaping, apply the treatment, and register the warranty where it applies to your roof. No tear-off, no dumpster.
How soon can it rain after the treatment?
The surface needs 24 to 48 hours of dry weather to cure. We watch the forecast and schedule around it, and we come back at no charge if rain arrives inside that window.
