Who it is for

Built for surfaces like yours

Driveways, patios and walkways that are not already cracked or spalling.

  • Helps resist salt and freeze-thaw cycles
  • Reduces water soaking into the surface
  • Driveways, patios and walkways

What it does

How it works on your surface

Concrete is porous. Water gets in, freezes, expands, and the surface starts to break down. De-icing salt makes that cycle worse.

Concrete Saver works into the pores instead of coating the surface, so there is no film sitting on your driveway waiting to wear off.

We assess the slab first. If it is already cracked or spalling, repairs come before treatment, and we will say so.

The process

Three steps, one visit

  1. Assessment first

We check the material, the condition and the age of the surface, and confirm it is sound before anything is quoted.

  2. One visit

We clean the surface, protect the landscaping below the work area, and apply the treatment. Nothing is torn off.

  3. Cure and aftercare

The surface needs dry weather to cure. We schedule around the forecast and tell you when it can be used normally again.

Technical detail

The specifics, in plain language

What is applied
A nanotechnology treatment that works into the pores of the concrete surface. No film-forming sealer and no surface film to peel.
Surface preparation
The surface is cleaned first. Repairs, patching and joint work are separate, and are included only where your written estimate lists them.
Cure time
The surface needs dry weather to cure. We plan around the forecast and tell you when the surface can be walked or driven on.
Realistic expectations
The treatment slows water and salt absorption. It is not a repair, and it will not rebuild a slab that is already failing.

Questions

What people ask

Which concrete surfaces can be treated?

Driveways, patios, walkways and other flat exterior concrete. Cracked, heaved or spalling concrete needs repair first, and we will tell you if that is what we are looking at.

Does it seal the surface like a sealer?

No. A sealer sits on the surface as a film. This treatment moves into the pores of the concrete, so there is no film to peel or wear away in sheets.

How does it handle winter salt?

The treatment reduces how much water and de-icing salt the surface absorbs, which is the part that damages concrete over a winter. It does not make concrete immune to damage.

Is there a warranty?

Our application work is covered, and the treatment carries the manufacturer warranty where it applies. You receive the terms in writing with your estimate.
