Three states: Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina. Savannah is the only city confirmed in Georgia, and no city is confirmed yet in Alabama or North Carolina, which is why those pages ask for the address rather than listing place names.
We would rather publish less and be right than list a city we cannot stand behind.
Why an address is what confirms it
A ZIP code lookup does not confirm service on its own, and neither does a state. Coverage is confirmed against the property, so the address is the thing that matters.
It takes a moment to send and it saves a wasted visit in either direction.
What Savannah weather puts on a roof
Coastal Georgia is hot and humid, with salt in the air near the coast and storm rain that arrives sideways. Surfaces dry slowly, which is the biggest difference from a dry climate, and growth settles on the slopes that stay damp.
The treatment answer is the same everywhere: a surface that sheds water instead of holding it, applied to a roof that is scored first. The band, not the postcode, decides which treatment.

What a Savannah homeowner should ask
