Repairs
Roof and gutter care
Gutters, repairs and roof tune-ups, so a roof is watertight before it is treated. This is where most roof problems actually start: a gutter running behind the fascia, a failed caulking line, a small flashing detail.
Repairs are listed on your estimate before anything is scheduled. Cleaning and minor repairs are included only where your estimate says so.

What can be treated
- Material: asphalt shingle roofs and concrete. Metal roofs are not eligible.
- Condition: the surface has to be sound. Leaks, rot and structural damage need repair or replacement first.
